Cozy 2BR home with Balcony and Sauna by Kaisaniemi

Positive: Great location, quiet street, nice apartment. Fast Wi-Fi. Historic building, good atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Negative: Only one set of keys made it complicated to get in and out if separate schedules. The apartment was good, but felt a lite bit "tired", could become excellent with small upgrades and minor improvements. Shower was not functioning properly, and the walls were in need of a good clean-up. Note that there is no elevator.

Positive: Upea sijainti, hyvät sängyt ja hyvät pimennysverhot takasivat mukavat unet. Hiljainen taloyhtiö, keskusta sijainti mutta rauhallinen puistonäkymä ikkunasta. Negative: Siivouksen taso oli huono. Ilmoitimme asiasta ja käyvivät kertaalleen siivoamassa uudelleen. Kaikki tuntuu olevan vähän rempallaan talossa: hana vähän rikki, kuluneet seinät jne..

Shocking. Avoid. And avoid 2nd Homes - read trust pilot. I wish I had!! Positive: There was nothing to like about this run down and smelly property. We left a day early and paid for somewhere else for our last night. We would have left the day before but cost restrictions prevented this sadly. My advice is to avoid wherever possible. Negative: Read Trust Pilot reviews of company!! Unfortunately, everything was awful. It was a terrible experience. The showering room was horrible. It was smelly and that smell started to permeate throughout other parts of the apartment. Chips of paint off walls. Marks on walls. A really horrible feeling to the place. It is nothing like the photographs. Didn't feel particularly safe either. We unfortunately left a kindle too whole rushing to finally escape! We realise this is our error but 2nd Homes has done all it can to not return this. Refused to post it even though we said we'd meet the cost (even pay in advance). They're too busy to post it apparently. They then said weeks later that they didn't have it and never have. This was after someone visiting family in Helsinki tried to uplift from them and sent them numerous unanswered emails. They now agree they've got the kindle but have so far refused to send any proof of this. I wouldn't trust them at all. Trust Pilot reviews are wholly accurate. Read them!!

A shame to hosting Positive: Location Negative: Dirty. Cleaning is the bare minimum. The furniture is damaged and dangerous. Most of the things are out of order
